TMS and neuromodulation coordinator and creator of RE:Mind Your Practice, an operations suite for TMS and Spravato clinics. I bring clinical experience, nationwide field-service work, and a close working knowledge of how a neuromodulation practice operates to the medical-device industry.
Available for consultingNeurostar TMS, Spravato and esketamine, patient consults, prior authorizations, and post-administration monitoring under psychiatric supervision.
Nationwide on-site technology rollouts, partnering with leadership to deploy, train, and support across dozens of sites.
An operations suite for TMS and Spravato clinics, covering prior authorizations, outcome tracking, and referral growth.
I spend my days delivering neuromodulation therapy to patients and running the operational side of a TMS practice. I am also the creator of RE:Mind Your Practice, an operations suite made specifically for TMS and Spravato clinics. I work clinically at the bedside, and I also understand the operations the device sits inside: the prior auth, the scheduling, the referral pipeline. In a clinical, field, or implementation role, that means fewer translation gaps between the patient side and the business side.
Earlier roles include Behavior Therapist at Project Play Therapy, Direct Care Staff, Outdoor Adventure Program Director at Camp Akeela, and Cognitive Skills Trainer and Director of Training at LearningRx. Full history on the resume PDF.
An operations suite for TMS and Spravato clinics. It handles the parts of a neuromodulation practice that usually fall through the cracks, from prior authorizations and outcome tracking to referral development and patient education. Building it meant mapping the entire clinic workflow end to end.
A patient pipeline designed around the TMS workflow. It tracks PHQ-9 depression-score trends, prior-authorization status, and every patient from intake through to graduation, so nobody stalls and outcomes stay visible at a glance.
A referral network builder. It searches the national NPI provider registry, lets a clinic save referring providers, and tracks the outreach pipeline that brings new patients in the door.
Branded patient-education newsletters for TMS, psychiatry, and neurofeedback practices. The same patient-engagement work the clinic ran by hand, made repeatable.
Monitors a clinic's Google Business reviews and drafts replies in the clinic's own voice, so reputation management stops being the thing that never gets done.
A local-SEO and listing-consistency audit with monthly tracking, so patients searching for TMS or ketamine care actually find the clinic.
A funding and research radar. It sweeps Grants.gov, NIH RePORTER, and ClinicalTrials.gov, scores each opportunity, and flags the eligibility path a clinic can actually use.
Why this matters for medical devices: Creating a product for TMS clinics meant understanding their workflow, economics, and growth levers. That is the same understanding involved in implementing, supporting, training on, and selling a device.
