From the clinic to the product
In a neuromodulation clinic I worked across the whole operation, treating patients and running the workflow. The problems I kept running into are what led me to create RE:Mind Your Practice.
My day-to-day is hands-on clinical work. I administer Neurostar TMS and Spravato under psychiatric supervision, consult with patients on candidacy and expectations, handle prior authorizations, and monitor patients through treatment. At my previous practice I grew daily treatment volume from two or three patients to a consistent ten to twelve by fixing the operational bottlenecks that were holding the clinic back.
Those bottlenecks are where a TMS practice loses time, patients, and revenue: the prior-auth backlog, the patients who quietly fall out of the pipeline, the referral relationships nobody has time to build, the reviews that never get answered. RE:Mind Your Practice is the suite built to handle them.
I work clinically at the bedside, and I also understand the operations a device sits inside: the prior auth, the scheduling, the referral and growth side. That perspective applies directly to implementing a device, supporting it in the field, training clinicians on it, and selling it.
