The Story

From the clinic to the product

In a neuromodulation clinic I worked across the whole operation, treating patients and running the workflow. The problems I kept running into are what led me to create RE:Mind Your Practice.

My day-to-day is hands-on clinical work. I administer Neurostar TMS and Spravato under psychiatric supervision, consult with patients on candidacy and expectations, handle prior authorizations, and monitor patients through treatment. At my previous practice I grew daily treatment volume from two or three patients to a consistent ten to twelve by fixing the operational bottlenecks that were holding the clinic back.

Those bottlenecks are where a TMS practice loses time, patients, and revenue: the prior-auth backlog, the patients who quietly fall out of the pipeline, the referral relationships nobody has time to build, the reviews that never get answered. RE:Mind Your Practice is the suite built to handle them.

I work clinically at the bedside, and I also understand the operations a device sits inside: the prior auth, the scheduling, the referral and growth side. That perspective applies directly to implementing a device, supporting it in the field, training clinicians on it, and selling it.

The Product, Running Live

RE:Mind Your Practice

An operations suite for TMS and Spravato clinics. Each tool below is a working, interactive demo that runs entirely in your browser on seeded sample data, so you can click through the real interface without a login. The production product runs at remindyourpractice.com.

Patient Pipeline

RE:Mind Pipeline

The patient pipeline TMS clinics keep rebuilding in spreadsheets.

A patient pipeline built for the way TMS and Spravato clinics actually run. It puts PHQ-9 depression-score trends, prior-authorization status, and every patient from intake to graduation into a single view, so nobody quietly falls out of treatment and outcomes stay visible.

What it handles

  • PHQ-9 outcome trend per patient over the course of care
  • Prior-authorization status, so nothing stalls in the backlog
  • Intake-to-graduation pipeline in one place
  • Replaces the fragile spreadsheet many clinics run on

Referral Development

RE:Mind Referrals

Build the referral network your practice actually depends on.

Finds the psychiatrists, therapists, and primary-care providers in your area who should be sending referrals, using the national NPI registry. Save targets, track outreach status, and build the referral network deliberately instead of hoping it happens.

What it handles

  • Search the national NPI provider registry by location and specialty
  • Save and organize target referring providers
  • Track outreach status across the pipeline
  • Map view of the referral sources around the clinic

Reputation

RE:Mind Reputation

Review replies that sound like you, not like a robot.

Watches a clinic's Google Business Profile reviews and drafts thoughtful replies in the clinic's own voice, while keeping the clinic in control of every word that actually gets posted. Reputation management stops being the task that never gets done.

What it handles

  • Monitors new Google Business Profile reviews
  • Drafts replies in the clinic's voice
  • Keeps a human approval step before anything posts

Local Visibility

RE:Mind Visibility

Local SEO audit, in your language, every month.

A monthly local-search audit made for psychiatric, TMS, and ketamine clinics. It tracks Google rank, finds inconsistent listings that split a clinic's reviews and confuse patients, and shows exactly what to fix in plain language.

What it handles

  • Monthly Google local-rank tracking
  • Listing and name-address-phone consistency audit
  • A plain-language list of what to fix and why

Funding

RE:Mind Funding

The grants and trials you qualify for, scored and filed.

A funding radar for specialty mental-health practices. It sweeps Grants.gov, NIH RePORTER, and ClinicalTrials.gov, scores every hit against the practice profile, and tags the eligibility path a clinic can actually use, including the for-profit eligibility wall that most tools quietly ignore.

What it handles

  • Sweeps Grants.gov, NIH RePORTER, and ClinicalTrials.gov
  • Scores each opportunity against the practice profile
  • Tags a real, usable eligibility path for each one

Patient Education

RE:Mind Newsletter

Branded patient education for your waiting room.

Branded patient-education newsletters for TMS clinics, psychiatry practices, and neurofeedback centers. Brand it, choose issues, download and print. A library of issues that explain the shift from the old chemical-imbalance story to a modern neural-coherence view of treatment. This grew out of the clinical newsletter run by hand at the clinic.

What it handles

  • Brandable, print-ready newsletter templates
  • A library of ready issues for TMS, psychiatry, and neurofeedback
  • Single issue, monthly, or complete-set options

Why this matters for a device company: Creating a product for TMS clinics meant understanding their workflow, economics, and growth levers. That is the same understanding involved in implementing, supporting, training on, and selling a device. See the whole product at remindyourpractice.com.

Bonus, Fully Standalone

RE:Mind Screening

A patient-facing screener for booths and waiting rooms. It walks a prospective patient through whether TMS might help, captures their contact details as a lead, and offers the depression rating on the spot. It runs entirely in the browser, so the version below is the real thing, fully interactive. Try it.

Consulting

Available for consulting

I take on consulting work with TMS, Spravato, and psychiatric practices, and with the companies that serve them.

For practices: standing up the patient pipeline and prior-authorization workflow, building referral development, and launching or tightening the operational side of a neuromodulation clinic. For medical-device and digital-health companies: the clinic-side and patient-side view of how a product is actually implemented, supported, and used.
